Citrus Fresh Carpet Cleaning.  I am 150% satisfied, happy, amazed and would recommend for all Carpet cleaning needs. The staff and technicians are courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and Happy to do their job! My Carpet is a light beige color that had several stains from kids and pets. I haven't seen my Carpet this clean in years! The Citrus scent filled the house with a fresh clean scent throughout. I will definitely be keeping them for future cleanings.

I am reluctant to give this business 5 stars due to them having to come back to do a re-cleaning and re-treatment of our Master Bedroom. The first time they came to clean, a young man by the name of Rodney may have been a little too distracted from listening to his podcast while he was doing the initial treatment. Probably not the most professional thing to be doing while you are on assignment. As he even apologized to me for getting distracted. He seems like more the Sales representative type rather than a cleaning expert. But the kids got spontaneity and charisma so he'll find his nitch at some point for sure. Even though I was unfortunately disappointed with the results at first, Bonnie who sounds like she does voice-overs for the movies, was so accommodating, delightful, sweet, and cute as a button by offering a way to make my initial experience much better. That woman is an absolutel Doll! She sent the Operations Manager by the name of Ryan Strength to clean up the mess Rodney made. Ryan is a class act who exuberates an abundance of professionalism and a passion his craft. He considers it an art form and it shows. Mr. Strength really knows his stuff. He offered solutions to prevent mold build up. He even gave useful examples and tools on how to further treat our Masterbedroom in order to achieve the best possible results. All in all, I am completely satisfied with this company's procedures, protocols, and especially their amazing customer service! That said, my hat goes off to both Bonnie, and of course, Mr. Ryan Strength. They are both outstanding and phenomenal human beings. I look forward to working with both of them again😊.

This time was a same day emergency request and they were prompt, professional and did a fantastic job! Cam was our technician and he was considerate and polite and thorough. He was very respectful and put on booties so he would not track on the carpet. He was professional, polite and knowledgeable. I would definitely do business with citrus again.
