Mark and I have a total of 14 rescue dogs and cats. Hence, we have some dirty carpets. We booked the appointment, and they arrived on time and cleaned the carpet and the fabric sofa and chairs. The chemicals they use were incredible. The carpet and furniture looked and smelled great. I am very happy with the quality of service and the staff. The price was more expensive than other cleaners, BUT it was worth it. They left me a sample of the citrus cleaner, and we love it. This is the best company that I have ever used to clean carpet and furniture. Worth every penny!

I had two rooms and a staircase. What I saw online is what I paid him. No more pet odor or stains. It's nice that there are a few businesses out there not trying to hustle customer's hard earned cash. I will use them every time!

Sign them up for excellent customer service and exceptional knowledge the technicians have, and you will not be disappointed! Ryan greeted us with a smile and a complimentary carpet wash spray cleaner. Not only was he right on time, but he also started off by supervising and asking us what our concerns were. We had a couple of tough spots that needed some extra care and voila! It was all gone. I would say around 90% of the stubborn stains vanished. The carpets dried in an hour and it was smelling great! Highly recommend them. I'm not surprised by the amazing reviews and ratings they have 🙂 Citrus; I'm recommending you guys to my friends.

I have only written a few reviews over the last few years and unfortunately due to the nature of business these days, usually because companies deliver less than promised. This time it is to say what a good job CitrusFresh did, especially the tech who came to my house (Justin). Due to some out of control pets, I had two very expensive rugs (which I thought were beyond hope) in desperate need of some serious cleaning. Justin spent a great deal of time and effort trying to remove all the stains and succeeded beyond my wildest expectations. Being in the design business, our house has to look extra good for any visiting guests and clients, and spotted rugs just won't cut it. Now, thanks to Justin and whatever magic potion Citrus cleaner is made from, everything looks (and smells) great again. I truly appreciate it when a company actually delivers on their promises and highly recommend their service. As a bonus, they came out only one day after I called them and I felt they were very fair with their pricing.

I called on a Monday evening past business hours and left a message to see if I could get my carpets cleaned on the next day or Wednesday. I left a message and promptly on Tuesday morning I received a call, and they let me know they could come on Wednesday afternoon. The woman was very pleasant. We set an appointment for 3 pm on Wednesday. On Wednesday morning I received a call from Justin, and he asked me if I would like him to come earlier as he had some time but let me know the regularly scheduled time would be fine too. This worked out much better for me but had Justin not reached out to me I might not have gotten everything I needed to get done that day. Justin got here right on time, we did some paperwork, and he explained the process to me. He is very professional. He got to work and finished up the job. The carpets looked awesome and smelled incredible. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I like all natural alternatives to the chemical based carpet cleaning. I told him I would definitely use them again as I have two Senior dogs and they are not as reliable as they use to be. 🙂
